55th & Bryant Hippie Sun Pin

My first pin design & I didn't even use my own art!

So here's the backstory. There's this house in the neighborhood I grew up in that has 2 garages on either side of it & each of the doors has matching hippie suns painted on them. They've been there as long as I can remember & that's the better part of 5 decades. I always loved seeing them & it's amazing that the owner's kept touching them up all this time.

Recently, the house sold & while the suns are still there, I'm guessing whoever the new owners are probably won't put the same effort into keeping them in tip-top shape & will paint over them once the doors need refreshing. Hopefully, I'm wrong & those suns will still be there for the next half century.

Soft glossy enamel pin measures 1.25" x .75". Backer cards are snapshots I took while driving by the house & made a quick stop to take photos like a creep of the garage doors. I then Photoshopped out the suns on the backer cards to put the actual pins in their place, 2 possible card designs sent randomly (though if you buy 2 pins, I'll do my best to get you both backer designs.) 2 posts on the back with old-school butterfly claps.
